Everything was packaged very securely, all items are accounted for.  One item had to be replaced unfortunately because it was a limited edition item that wasn't available anymore, but the staff responded to my inquiry and were very helpful in helping me find a solution.  Beautyboxkorea has the biggest selection of any other online retailer I've ever seen, and the prices are very decent, I highly recommend buying from them!
