How to Join
Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below: 

Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- PayPal
- Eximbay
- Bank Transfer

Using Reward Point :

- Reward points can be used when orders are over 30 USD
(The total price of items after discount and not including shipping cost)

- Reward point is accepted within 10% of the total purchase.

- Coupon and reward points cannot be used together.

  • Delivery Time : 3 - 40 days
  • - It takes 1~7 days to collect items depending on our stock situations.
    - Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    - We use various couriers for delivery and they go to most of countries. If you cannot find the country on the list, please let us know to find a proper shipping service for you.
    - We provide tracking numbers for all parcels regardless any shipping method.

    - Customs and Duties
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

     *To avoid Customs problems. we offer a "Gift from a friend" service when requested. Please leave a message in the 'Other inquiries' box in the order page.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Cancellation

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-your order is still under “Pending” or “Collecting items” status, you can send the cancellation request via beautyboxkorea@gmail.com.

 The cancellation and refund will be made immediately for the item(s) is/are still before packing.

2) Cancellation or refund due to a change of mind is not possible for orders from the status of “Queued for Shipment”.
For the cancellation of orders which have already been departed from us, only the amount excluding the shipping and return fees will be refunded. 
Please order carefully considering the characteristics of international transportation.

3) The order status of the website may be updated later than the actual status.
Even if the system shows that it is "Collecting items" or “Queued for Shipment”, it may have actually already been transferred to the delivery company.
Acceptance of the cancellation request is determined based on the actual order status.


4) Please make sure that all communication regarding cancellation will be made through email. 


2. Return

1) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.

2) Please take into consideration that refunds are only issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

3) Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you have followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

4) Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging.

5) Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by us. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the tracking number is verified.


*** Return Instructions ***

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) We will be in contact to assist you by email.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition.




3. Compensation for missing items(s)

1) If there is a missing item from your order:

- Contact our customer service center by email, phone or by forum within 3 days of delivery.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

2) Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
Refunds
It takes 1~3 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. (Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.)
Other
Pending period for reward store credit(Reward Point):
Your reward point which you earn from purchase will be pending for 24 hours from the confirmation of your receipt. To validate your reward points, you must confirm the completion of delivery in your account or leave a review with your order number which will be regarded as confirmation of the order completion.

Cancellation of store credit:

Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
