My shopping experience was great with no problems. I am very satisfied with the service and time it took.

First of all I love how you can request items to buy from BBK. Also, it was great there were products that other sites didn't seem to have or that were out of stock, I was able to get my hands on these products (such as the Etude eyeshadows!).

Everything was packaged very well.
