Hi,

I'm here to complain that my parcel haven't deliver to my hand yet since i put the order on 2 October 2016. It is already delayed for more than 2 weeks after it has been shipped until now.

I'm here to request for refund or take any other relevance actions for compensate to my losses that i suffered.

Please reply me as fast as possible. Thank you.

Also, we'd like to check you address which you wrote for this order since the address for the parcle is printed out exactly as you wrote by the automatic system.
