Thank you for your patience. We've been reaching out to our shipping carrier, Shifter, and urging them to expedite the shipment. 
They keep confirming that your order has arrived at their local warehouse and is waiting to be shipped to your destination, and that it's behind schedule but will be shipped soon.
It's hard to tell exactly what's causing the delay, but they say it's due to increased local warehouse logistics. 
Since a claim can be filed one month after shipment, if it hasn't arrived after 3/27, I will file a claim to see if I can get compensation.
Again, we sincerely apologize for making you wait so long for your order.
