I purchased this foundation in Tan before and loved it, but then I got too dark for it, so I gave it to my mom who ended up loving it too and loved it enough to ask me to purchase another bottle for her. I decided to go for Amber this time since I know even the darkest shade tends to be a bit light for me. Surprisingly, it was perfect for both of us. The coverage and finish are amazing as usual and to make it more portable I cleaned out one of cushions and replaced it with this and it works beautifully! The formula is more on the watery side, which makes it easy for the sponge to soak up the product evenly, so I highly recommend doing that, so you don’t have to carry around a heavy glass bottle of foundation. I also love the matte finish and how long it lasts, in fact I think it lasts longer when I use it with a cushion. And a little goes a long way. I only need about half a pump to cover my face or dip the cushion into the foundation about 2 times to get a light to medium coverage. And it’s definitely buildable without turning cakey or dry.
