This is my first time using ESPOIR product but I really like it. I bought both LAKA vegan tinted lip balm and ESPOIR one because I didn't know which one I will like more. After using it for several weeks, I definitely see myself reaching out for ESPOIR more. The consistentcy feels better on the lips, it's much lighter? and the color is very pretty. It has a light floral scent, so do keep that in mind f you are sensitive to scent.

This was my first time using BeautyBoxKorea and their customer service is great. They are very responsive. It took a while for the order to get ship out because they are collecting the products, but it came home quickly one they did ship it.
