This shampoo has a pleasant herb scent to it, very subtle, and doesn't irritate my scalp at all. At first, it left my hair feeling sticky even though I thoroughly rinsed my hair and dried it. After a few weeks, it didn't felt like that anymore. I suppose my hair was just getting used to the shampoo. I'm not sure if I would re-purchase this product. I just don't think it's worth the price for what it is.
