Recipe
Dice meat, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and stir fry them with minced garlic in OTTOGI COOKIG OIL. Add 600cc (3 cups) water and boil until all ingredients are cooked.
When the vegetables and meat are cooked, turn the heat off. Dissolve the OTTOGI HASH in 150cc (¾cups) of water separately. Stir until it is completely dissolved and add to 1.
Tastes will be better with 3 spoons (35g) of OTTOGI KETCHUP into the sauce.
Turn the heat back on and stir it for 2~3 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Serve with steamed rice or cooked noodle.
