OTTOGI Curry (Medium) 100g

 


Created with natural tropical spices preserving curry’s original taste and aroma.
Using selected raw spices, curry is manufactured and aged to preserve the aroma.
 
 

 


Recipe

Dice meat, onions, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces and stir fry them in OTTOGI COOKIG OIL. Add 700cc (3½ cup) water and boil until all ingredients are cooked.
When the veggetables and meat are cooked, turn the heat off and dissolve the OTTOGI CURRY into 1 little by little. Stir it for 2~3 minutes until the OTTOGI CURRY is completely dissolved.
Turn the heat back and cook until the curry thickens a bit. Serve with steamed rice.
