Vermont Curry Gold (Mild) 100g
Curry with a noble taste which contains tropical spice, apples, honey,
Southland’s papayas, pineapples, and other tropical fruits that have pleasant
aroma and taste.
Recipe
Dice meat, onions, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces and stir fry
them in OTTOGI COOKIG OIL. Add 700cc (3½ cup) water and boil until all
ingredients are cooked.
When the vegetables and meat are cooked, turn the heat off and dissolve the
OTTOGI CURRY into 1 little by little. Stir it for 2~3 minutes until the OTTOGI
CURRY is completely dissolved.
Turn the heat back and cook until the curry thickens a bit. Serve with steamed
rice.
