Bolt Green's brown rice uses roasted whole brown rice that has a good crunchy texture and is full of flavor the more you chew it, the more you roast domestic brown rice. White chocolate wrapped in brown rice is the first single origin white chocolate in Ecuador where cacao and high-purity sugar cane are grown. The milk used as an ingredient is produced by a small dairy community on the foothills of the Kaambe Volcano near Quito, and is characterized by its natural sweet and creamy taste.


Matcha, wrapped in brown rice and white chocolate, is made by steaming tea leaves grown in a tea plantation that has been protected from sunlight for about 20 days at the time of sprouting. Matcha, made with the traditional milling method, has a unique taste and aroma, and goes particularly well with sweet white chocolate.


The round shape of the Voldemort is made with the technology of Trituba's Chocolatier, and the shiny surface is made with natural ingredients, using varnish, so you can enjoy it with confidence. It is a snack that you can enjoy with a rich layer of flavor. It is delicious on its own, but it is also recommended to eat it as a topping on yogurt or ice cream.

Chocolate has a property of absorbing odors from its surroundings. In particular, when cold chocolate stored in the refrigerator is left at room temperature, water vapor in the air condenses on the surface and changes color. This phenomenon in which white powder appears to be sprinkled on the chocolate surface or appears stained is called bloom, and fat bloom due to fat separation and sugar bloom due to sugar separation can occur. This is not a hygienic problem, but it will reduce the original flavor of the chocolate. Therefore, it is best to keep it sealed in a dark and dry place at 15 to 17 degrees Celsius.
