Complete the eyelash perm without any inconvenience by minimizing eye irritation.
It reduces the dryness of the eyelashes and fills them with moisture to minimize damage.
You can create various curls that fit your eyes in 5 sizes.
How to Use
01. Wipe off any foreign substances on the eyelashes and the waterfront of the eyes.
02. Apply a thin layer of glue on the back, dry it slightly, and attach it close to the root of the eyelash.
03. Apply a thin layer of glue on the front and eyelashes of the lot and dry them for about 10 seconds.
04. Fix the eyelashes neatly with a Y stick.
05. Take the first perm cream out of the perm ring and apply it evenly from the top of the eyelash roots with a perm brush.
06. After applying the first perm cream, wait an average of 10-12 minutes.
07. After some time, wipe off the first perm cream.
08. Apply the second perm cream to the eyelashes and wait for an average of 10-12 minutes.
09. When the procedure is complete, wipe the eyelash perm cream and glue with a primer.
10. After organizing the lashes with a mascara brush, apply nutritional supplements to the hair roots and eyelashes.
