I'm very satisfied with my experience with BBK. I ordered for Black Friday (Nov. 29) and received the order Dec. 27. After I ordered, I received a message that some items were out of stock, but instead of refunding and shipping directly, BBK offered me to exchange the items for other items of similar prices/weight. After advising of the new items I had chosen, they refunded the difference in prices and proceeded to shipping - which took about two weeks to arrive in North America. The box was small but very well packed, with each item and the full content wrapped and even 4 samples. My items were all authentic and I'm loving them.

I will definitely order again in 2020!
