Nice, gentle, hydrating toner but the pads were meh. They were definitely soft and I could not feel any scratchiness on my skin so points for that - but they shred so easily. It's very very thin pads in multiple layers in a single pad and i can't never tell how many i'm actually taking out because they kind of... merged into one? i can take each layer out and use it as a toner pack but the shreddieness is wayyy too inconvenient.
